Trade accounts are open to hardware distributors, showrooms, kitchen and furniture makers, designers and brands in the UK, the US, Canada and other countries. Every piece is solid brass, made in our family workshop in Jamnagar, India’s Brass City, where we have made hardware since 1994.

What a trade account gives you

You get trade prices quoted for the designs, finishes and quantities you need. You can try samples first, and their value comes off your first trade order.

Your own designs

If you are developing a range under your own name, send drawings or reference photos with your enquiry. We will tell you what we can make and the minimum quantity before you commit to anything. Tooling and development are quoted separately and paid before work starts.

How it works

Send the form below with the designs, finishes and quantities you need.
We reply within 24 hours and follow up with a written quote listing prices, lead times and shipping options.
If you want samples first, order them through the shop or ask us for a sample proforma.
You confirm the order in writing and pay a 50% advance. Production starts when the advance arrives and the samples or drawings are approved.
We send photos of the finished goods and the packing list, you pay the balance, and we dispatch.

Terms

Minimum order: 30 pieces per design and finish. Smaller quantities can be bought at the website price through the shop.
Payment: 50% advance with the order and the balance before dispatch, by bank transfer.
Lead time: 3 to 4 weeks for standard designs, counted from the advance and sample approval.
Prices: in US dollars, ex works Jamnagar, valid for 30 days. Freight, duties and taxes are extra.
Samples: paid, and the value is deducted from your first trade order within 90 days.
Warranty: 12 months against defects in material and workmanship.

Quality

Our brass is sourced in Jamnagar and checked by spectrometer before production. CNC machining shapes each knob, pull and handle, and every batch gets dimensional and surface checks before finishing. Lead-free brass is available on request. See how we check quality.

Buying for the UK

The UK-India trade agreement took effect on 15 July 2026 and removed UK import duty on almost all goods made in India. Import VAT still applies. Ask us about origin paperwork when you request a quote.
